Items will be shipped within 10 to14 business days after your order is received & manufactured. please be aware of this time frame due to the handmade production of our jewellery. for the most part, the jewellery is manufactured & shipped within 10 business days. we aim to opportunely complete your order & have it shipped at the earliest time possible for your convenience.
We offer Express Courrier delivery service worldwide* via fedex, directly to your home or office. You will need to provide complete delivery address (we do not deliver to p.o.box numbers) & a contact mobile phone number & email address at the time of the order.
You will receive the tracking number on your mobile phone or email as soon as the shipment is on the way. Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
sima jewels endeavors to offer excellent customer service as our customers satisfaction levels are of paramount importance to us. nonetheless, we do not accept returns, exchanges nor refunds of purchased items, as all our products are custom made-to-order & / or personalized or adapted for you. in the unfortunate event of which an item is faulty or damaged upon reception, please notify us via email at email@example.com within 24 hours upon reception (date of dispatch of the item/s to you) of your item/s, in order to request for a return & repair approval from our end. you may add photos of the received item/s explaining your inquiry.

Products that are being returned; must be returned, unused & carefully repackaged in their original sima jewels packaging.
you are solely responsible for the safe carriage of items returned to sima jewels unless otherwise stated from our end. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
sima jewels cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit or damaged items within this process. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility as well as the shipment back to you, unless convened otherwise from our end. we may retain the returned item until you pay the (original) re-shipping fee.
Your original postage costs will not be refunded on returned items.
